WTB JUDGE TCS TOUGH HIGH GRIP TRITEC E25 (27,5" X 2.4)

The Judge is our rowdiest rear tire…for loose, sketchy descents. Centerline knob groups alternate between long and wide to pair hard braking traction with the rolling efficiency you demand of a rear tire. Burly outer knobs provide the support needed to keep them digging while slapping berms or spraying loam. We optimized the Judge for wide rims to provide a flatter tire profile that makes the outer knobs easy to find while cornering. The Judge keeps everything in order, whether dry and loose or wet and sloppy.

Big Knobs, Big Sipes
Massive knobs in every area of the tread prove that the Judge prioritzes traction above all else. Long, thick knobs till through rocky terrain without folding under heavy cornering forces. Each knob features full-length siping to essentially double the amount of knob edges contacting the trail.

Flat-Top Profie
The side-to-side tread arc of the Judge is "flatter" than most tires, which results in the side knobs engaging sooner while cornering compared to a tire with a rounder profile. This allows the side knobs to dig into the terrain quicker and deeper, which improves cornering traction on loose, off-camber trails.

Rear-Focused Design
Judge features wide, blocky knobs that maximize braking traction and improve the longevity of the tire. The side knobs overhang the sidewall of the tire to protect it from slashes while you're steering with the rear. We suggest pairing the Judge with a Verdict 2.5 or Vigilante 2.5 on the front.

TCS Tough High grip (THG)
Glue-like conforming rubber draped over two full layers of casing leaves no area unprotected. Developed through real testing during the Enduro World Series, TCS Tough tires can take some serious abuse.

Tritec Compound
Three compounds provide optimal levels of traction, support and durability. A base of high durometer rubber supports the entire tread and transitions into the knobs to prevent folding or squirming. Medium stiffness center knobs cap the base layer to provide traction and durability without sacrificing rolling efficiency, while soft compound side knobs deliver maximum grip and slow rebound for increased cornering traction.

E-Compatible
Tires with an E25 icon on the sidewall are designed to withstand the additional weight and forces of modern e-bikes. E25 tires are constructed with additional material to not only strengthen the tire and prevent punctures, but also provide additional support throughout the tire. E50 tires meet ECE-R75 standards for the increased load and speeds associated with e-bikes reaching speeds up to 50 kph.
